Upper Antelope Canyon

Several famous photographs have been taken of Upper Antelope Canyon.  Some of the most popular involve light beams streaming down through the canyon.  This requires the sun to be high in the sky, so the summer months are the best.  I visited the canyon in early April when the sun doesn’t get that high but did manage to capture this light beam.

Upper Antelope Canyon is easier to access than Lower Antelope as the canyon entrance and exit are at grade and don’t require the use of ladders.
